Refund & Returns Policy

Who Can Return?

To be eligible for a return:

• Product must be unopened and in original packaging — seals, shrink-wrap, and all labels intact.
• Request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information.
• Product must have been purchased directly from velvetage-100334.polsia.app. Products purchased from third-party retailers are subject to their return policies.

What Cannot Be Returned?

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
• Products whose tamper-evident seal has been broken.
• Items that have been damaged by misuse, accident, or improper storage.
• Products purchased from third-party retailers or distributors.

As a DTC beauty brand, our products are a personal care item once the seal is broken. This is standard practice across the beauty industry and aligns with health and safety guidelines.

How to Request a Return

Refund Timeline

After we receive your returned product, we inspect it within 2 business days. If the return is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The total timeline from the day you ship the product is typically 1–2 weeks.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from our approval email, please contact your bank or card issuer — sometimes there is an internal processing delay on their end.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We handle these cases as a priority.

Exceptions

Our 30-day unopened return policy applies to most purchases. However, VelvetAge reserves the right to deny a return request if the product shows signs of use, tampering, or if the return request is made after the 30-day window. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis — contact us and we will do our best to help.
