Products & Pricing

All products are described honestly and accurately on our website. Product images are representative; slight variations in color or packaging may occur due to manufacturing changes. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders if product information is displayed incorrectly or if fraud is suspected.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. All charges appear on your statement as "VelvetAge."

We do not store your full card details. Any payment disputes should be directed to your card issuer in the first instance.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. We ship to addresses within the United States. Delivery dates provided are estimates, not guarantees. VelvetAge is not responsible for carrier delays.

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Refunds & Returns

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. Products must be in their original, sealed packaging. Opened or used products are not eligible for return under our refund policy, as they are a personal care item.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VelvetAge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Georgia.
